The support email is not set up yet. Ask the family member who invited you.
Signing in
Enter your email and we send a sign-in code. An elder's phone can also be set up with a one-time code from the family admin (household page, Set up a phone).
Deleting your account
In the phone app, open Account and tap Delete account. On the web, sign in and open /account.

OkayDay is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
