Terms
These terms cover use of OkayDay as a family check-in. They are not a medical or emergency service agreement.
The service
OkayDay lets an elder tap I'm okay, or text OK, so the family can see that check-in. If a check-in is missed, OkayDay can email or text the contacts the admin chose. Delivery can fail. A missed alert is not a promise that someone will respond.
Your household
The admin invites people and sets the check-in window. You are responsible for who you invite and for the phone numbers and emails you save. Signing in uses a code or link sent by email, or a one-time setup code from your family admin. OkayDay does not ask you to set a password.
Plans
Some household features depend on the plan, billed through Stripe on the web or through the App Store or Google Play in the phone app. A billing problem does not stop the elder from checking in, and it does not turn off miss detection.
OkayDay is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not claim HIPAA features.
